Cllr. Jim James and Cllr. Gerald Harris want graffiti removed from Heath Low

Heath's Liberal Democrat Focus Team has stepped in to tackle graffiti problems at Heath Low Level Station.

In recent months, there has been a noticeable increase in graffiti across the whole of the ward. Cllr. Gerald Harris said: "Once unsightly graffiti is allowed to remain unchecked it soon spreads as others join in."

Although it is the responsibility of the owner to deal with any graffiti on their property, any writing that is racist or sexually offensive can be dealt with by a special team using workers serving community service orders. Your local councillors are pressing to clear graffiti from several local sites.
