Charity fun run this Sunday in Gabalfa

Councillors in Gabalfa are pleased to support the efforts of three of its younger residents who will be taking part in a fun run this Sunday (1st August) in support of Water Aid.

Summer Hutchinson (aged 13), Montana Robertson (8) and Renee Moore (9), all of Maelog Place in Mynachdy, have already raised over £100 from friends and neighbours. The three will be running along the Taf Trail on Sunday afternoon in fancy dress, and hope to raise even more for the cause.

Councillor Ed Bridges said: "It's great to see young people making an effort to raise money for charity, and I wish the girls the very best of luck with their efforts."
