Residents in the Greenfield Road area of Birchgrove will be delighted to know that following the Compulsory Purchase Order placed on 37 Greenfield Road by the Council, the property is likely to be going to auction in September 2010.

Local resident and Heath Focus Team member, Katrin O'Malley, said "This is great news for the residents who have endured looking at the eyesore for many years. We are grateful to the Council for finally bringing to an end the misery this has imposed on local residents".
