Cllr. Fenella Bowden and John Dixon are supporting residents over proposals for the former Brandon Hire shop on Lon-y-Groes.

Cllr. Fenella Bowden has supported residents opposing the proposed planning application for a retail store at the former Brandon Hire shop at the corner of Lon y Groes and Caerphilly Road.

Residents have been delighted by the news that the developers have withdrawn their application, which had been recommended for refusal by the Council's planning officers.
