Cllr. Ann Rowland-James and Cllr. Jacqui Hooper have been listening to residents over plans for Hailey Park.

The Liberal Democrats in Llandaff North have responded to concerns about the proposed Scansis Mini Pitch in Hailey Park.

Following a public meeting in April to discuss the proposed Scansis Mini-Pitch for Hailey Park, council officers have been asked to submit revised plans. Local residents had voiced a number of concerns about the facility being installed within the tennis courts, and suggested locating the Scansis within the children's play area.

Cllr. Jacqui Hooper said: "We have listened to residents' concerns and are working closely with officers to ensure that this facility is correctly located. This Mini-Pitch is much needed for our young people and we shall be keeping residents informed of revised proposals."
